- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I used to use Bickerley garage a few years ago and always felt they gave a good service. However my recent experience was very disappointing as I felt from the start that I was being ripped off.
The attitude of Ricky only reinforced my impression especially when he refused to look at cheaper parts or alternatives rather than the manufacturers prices at treble the cost. It was take it or leave it with no offer to help including refusing to supply the part numbers.
Faced with this unhelpful attitude and no time to find an alternative I had to very reluctantly accept the inflated price. Not a way to retain customers!By cecefaranoum, October 01, 2018
